The Aruba Family-friendly Workplaces (AFFW) Certification was born from listening. Employees, employers, and caregivers across Aruba told us what they needed most: flexibility, childcare support, stronger parenting and mental-health resources, and management that truly cares.Â
Being part of the co-design process for this certification was hugely impactful for our organization. We are already reviewing and updating our internal procedures for our 1,100 employees in anticipation of becoming one of Aruba’s first family-friendly certified workplaces.
